For small businesses, we offer two kinds of service: hourly and contract.
Hourly service is standard service charged per hour for any need. Contract service means we are available as your 24/7 resource, with a variable retainer fee. Some of the services included are real-time system monitoring, security and anti-virus, maintenance of printers and other devices, installation, and more. We monitor system health, performance, and other factors in real-time to protect your business' backbone infrastructure and to be able to address problems as they occur.

Unlike other companies that may charge just to identify the problem, we do not charge for the initial diagnosis, and there is no travel fee within the Santa Clarita Valley. Our service fees are:
